「The only reason I gave communication a 4 star is because we had a tiny bit of trouble getting ahold of someone when our code didn’t work to enter their property. Once we got ahold of them, the maintenance man arrived very quickly and got the problem resolved. He even went above and beyond by helping to get the plug in solution resolved so we could watch the UFC fights on our fire stick. 「Great customer service/support. My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights and it’s very cozy, they provide everything you need, the cabin is modern and updated and also off the beaten path but only 10minutes from pigeon forge downtown. You can door dash to the cabin and enjoy a movie or head out very easily and be downtown within minutes. 」

「The apartment was lovely and super clean. The owner had included many nice touches like yoga mats, some hand weights, a few snacks and products in bathroom. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the pull out couch which was not very comfortable for my 18 yr old son. I think it would be fine for young kids. Of course pull out couches are not made to be super comfy so not a big deal. The location was very convenient to downtown and college. 」
