"I picked this place because of decent reviews... Not sure if I got unlucky with my room, but it was bad. I walked in and saw that it wasn't the room I booked (no king bed), and that it was unkept and generally not very clean. I booked another room at a different hotel and never looked back. Didn't stay here, and wasn't offered a refund (in fairness it was a non-refundable booking, but under the circumstances I think a refund would have been fair). "

"A guy tired to break my door down at 8AM. Staff claimed he was another guest and just couldn’t remember what room was his. It was insane. We had a shouting match through the door. The latch keeping him out. Said he was going to “cave my F***ing head in.” I call the front desk, they run him off. After the fact, front desk guy won’t budge form his story that the guy was a guest who simply couldn’t remember his room number. "

"The room was clean, hallway was clean. Breakfast was clean and a good amount of options. Staff was the sweetest."

"I understand the perceived helpfulness of a phone call 10 minutes prior to checkout time, but it interrupted a call I was one (set to end promptly before checkout) and was entirely unhelpful. Hallway floors were littered with trash. Hotel breakfast is understood to be scant but the options here were pretty tough."
