"Water and microwave would of been great in room along with coffee maker. The elevators on East side, ony one out of 4 were working. I found the food choices were a bit expensive."

"Room is old, didn’t have coffee maker or mini fridge.. for 2 queens beds, you only get 1 wash towel for 2 people "

"The Tuscany is a hidden gem! Everything was superb. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was great. The property was immaculate. Add in that it is centrally located and you have an excellent resort. "

"The resort itself was decent, but the check-in experience left a bad impression. The staff were very pushy about getting me to join a “tour” the next day, which was clearly a timeshare sales presentation. I said no multiple times, but they kept asking and would not let it go. After a long day of travel, that was the last thing I wanted to deal with. It made the whole arrival feel uncomfortable and frustrating."

"The food at the Gold Mine restaurant on property was exceptional. We enjoyed several dishes for lunch & dinner. Keep in mind if there are 4 guests staying in a villa with 2 bedrooms, only 2 guests are allowed the " free" meals which is equivalent to $25. each .Which mean for a 2 day stay, we had a total of $100. Credit to use towards getting food at the restaurant. The other 2 guests pays for thier meals. Good thing is you can use it towards am or pm meals( not just breakfast). Restaurant is small but food was delicious. The tv in the 2nd bedroom didn't work. But the place was designed well. Full kitchen,nice living room where we could all sit comfortably. Great security in place. Had to have brackets to be scanned to even get into property, to get into pool/ hot tub area. Place was clean & well maintained. And the Sphere was literally a short walk away! ( maybe 5 minutes ). We would stay there again. "
