"Terrible experience once we got to the room. Room smelled terrible and burns on the bedding and on the bathroom floor. We slept on a blanket we brought because we didnt trust the sheets with burns in them. ALL night a dog was barking in the room next to us. Took three calls to the front desk before someone answered and sent up security. Security said they couldn't do anything because no one was answering the door to the room with the dog. They told me I could switch rooms at 2:00am, but they only had smoking rooms (I was with my kid so that wasn't an option). Dog was barking until after 430am. I would rather spend hundreds more to stay at a clean, quiet hotel than ever return here. The price was not worth it. "

"So this hotel and casino are huge. Parking for guests is available but a challenge to find a spot. We were compensated for parking which was a perk. When we checked into the hotel, we were switched to another room, because of this they waived a day of fees (which by the way are $50 dollars a day). Unfortunately, it was already 2:30am so not sure what we were paying for but to sleep. There are plenty of restaurants, but everything is outrageously expensive. Just getting a cup of coffee in the morning was brutal. Expect to wait in a long line at the Starbucks. The room was just mid, nothing fancy, and if you’re traveling with kids make sure they don’t touch anything on the mini bar because everything is weighted. You pick it up, you pay. The pool is the best part of this hotel. But again, the line to get in started at 8:30am (doors opened at 9!). Its a mad dash for the free loungers. But it is beautiful and well kept. We upgraded to the cushioned loungers and umbrellas and it was well worth the price ($100 for two). MGM is right on the strip which makes it convenient to other places. Not sure I’d stay here again just because of the sheer amount of people. But I will say the staff was friendly and accommodating g. "

"Everything was pretty good other than my bathroom had a weird smell, but it was OK"

"The room was very clean and in pretty much perfect condition. The Hotel lobby and casino were also very clean and nicely appointed. BUT Their website says that microwaves are available upon request. I requested on when I booked, 7 weeks prior to arriving and again 1 day prior to my arrival via their online check in. Yet when I arrived there was not a microwave in the room. When I called the front desk to request one they said there were none available and were offered on a first come first serve basis... is 7 weeks notice not enough to get me somewhere in the front of the line!!? I specifically chose this hotel over a neighboring one because they offered a microwave. Secondly the elevator in our building did not work. We unloaded all of our stuff and put it beside the elevator and pushed the button and 10 minutes later ... no elevator. We had to carry everything up the fire escape stairs to get to our room. To access the fires escape you had to go outside the building and open the fire door which was locked.... so had to wait for someone to leave in order to get access. When I called the desk to inform them that the elevator did not work they said "oh yeah we knew that", yet no sign on it saying out of service nor instructions on how to get upstairs. This hotel is very nice and this should have been a top notch experience but instead it was spoiled by these 2 things. "

"Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with full kitchen. Room was clean, nice king beds and had everything we needed. The keurig coffee maker was ideal and we used the kitchen everyday for a full breakfast as it is fully equipped. Internet, parking, pools and bonus view of Sphere were all great. Oh and location is very good too, easy walk to strip. Only a couple of nit pick things: 1 - no lock on bedroom or bathroom doors & 2 - no elevator that I saw in our building but only 3 floors to climb. I’d definitely stay here again. "

"Nice location close to the strip near MGM, New York New York side. Staff was very friendly and helpful with check in, room was decent a bit on the older side but fine for just the 2 nights I stayed, reasonable price. "
