"Pool was closed my ocean view room had a whole construction site view that started work every morning at 430 am and was so loud my bath tub wouldn't drain and house keeping was terrible and couldnt get help from the front desk or Expedia after I missed my flight to extend my stay it was overall a terrible experience and I will never stay at that place again. Deffinetly had terrible customer service. "

"The kitchen light in our room appeared to have been pulled down or when it was installed it wasn’t flush. But it also appeared that there had been an electrical fire. You could see scorch marks on the ceiling & the metal of the light fixture "

"Room is fine, but got roped into some time share sales pitch, and it was through their official “guest services” kiosks. Not sure if they are desperate for money or something, but it felt slimy. That happened right as I got to the hotel and it threw off my whole night and morning, since to cancel the reservation is very difficult."
