"I had a good stay. However, on the checkout day, I left the room early to take my larger bags to the car. When I came back, housekeeping had started cleaning the room and threw away some items that were not garbage. This was disappointing. "

"This is my favorite place to stay in the city. I always get top tier service from the staff. Tamika always makes sure I have a smooth check-in and alway very welcoming for a perfect stay. Joe always on point with pick up and just making the property upbeat and positive. All the other staff always have been great , there is also a GM or management making the property is in tip top condition and asks how is everyone’s stay(genuinely meaning it) I appreciate them all. "When I entered the room, I noted the following damages and provided feedback to staff. - Damaged leather on the bed headboards and chairs - Damage to the door - Issues with the bathroom caulking They mentioned they noted into account, when checking out I mentioned again and nothing was on account. Ensure you check the room for damages. "

"The rooms need to be worked on to be updated, but was livable. Matt at the counter helped with directions for the Philly game and getting some water that was not provided in my room which did not know about. "
