「When we first arrived (one hour before check-in at 4:00), the staff were unorganized, unhelpful and did not appear at all concerned about the guests. The staff consisted of students with very poor customer service skills. At 4:00, a more welcoming student arrived and got us checked in. Excellent apartment with four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living area with kitchenette. No AC, but fans were provided. Very clean and comfortable, quiet in the evening.
