「I appreciated that the owner let us check in early, and the coffee area and yogurt juice water are appreciated. My negatives: bed very uncomfortable with a terrible mattress, no insulation so sound from other guests very noisy, other guests talking until very late on the deck was very inconsiderate, we had to be up at 5 and they were up till well after midnight. I woke up with a sore stiff back and no sleep and quite grumpy (my husband not impressed at all). Also the bathroom sink is plugged.」

「Monica is a magnificent host and owner of this B&B establishment ! A very warm, welcoming person and a fabulous breakfast maker too! Imagine warm, freshly baked blueberry, creamed cheese soufflé with added ham if you so desire. Plenty of coffee and fresh juice on the table served in period tableware. The whole establishment is a period home. Comfortable Beds with ensuite but be aware that it is not suitable for folk with accessibility needs. There is no elevator and the stairs up to the rooms...

「The building itself was lovely, and the decor was beautiful. We stayed in the Sunrise suite and were surprised at JUST how how open the door plan was - there was no partition whatsoever between bedroom and bathroom, and had a full view of toilet and shower from our bed. This would be a lovely room for a single person, but an awkward setup for two people, as there was no privacy for bathroom use. 「We were met at the B&B by Mike, one of the two friendly owner/hosts, a lovely couple from South Africa. He made my husband and I feel welcome and at ease after a difficult drive through very heavy rain. We discussed Parrsboro, the theatre that night, eating as plant based vegans. Mike was knowledgeable, positive and immediately told us not to worry he'd have breakfast ready at their usual 08:30 to 09:30 time. 「There is not one thing that could have been better at the Maple Inn. The welcome provided by Paul and staff was superb. The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious as was the washroom. The breakfast was delicious. Quiet area of town and course to everything we wanted to see. We have been traveling in Europe and Canada for 11 weeks. Highly recommend this BnB!」

「This is an outstanding bed and breakfast with a friendly and helpful host. Proximal to Burntcoat Park for experiencing the Bay at low tide. And you are able to watch the tidal bore from the deck of the BNB. The breakfast was great too! I highly recommend.」
