Pros: excellent city/river view in premium corner room; Cons: the hotel needs a major upgrade, old and low ceiling, average bedding and uncomfortable pillows; mandatory resort fee with credit you can use in cafeteria, but everything is marked up! Staff not so friendly, stone faced like a robot.

Four Points by Sheraton Flushing
Very impressed by this hotel! Super clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing and very helpful! We felt comfortable walking around outside the hotel and it has lots of access to public transportation both bus and subway. I would love to stay here again on our next visit to the area!

We booked a 2bdrm suite for 3 adults. It was everything we expected and less. We felt like we were in a dorm room, with over-used furniture, banged up walls and lumpy pillows. One bedroom has a queen bed and a large TV with a dresser and side table. The 2nd bdrm had 2 twin beds. That's it. No side ...

Aura Hotel Brooklyn
Room was clean enough. Towels were old. All bathroom fixtures were loose. TV still had protective plastic film. Dresser drawers open on their own. Lobby water bottle machine stocked for 3 days. On the plus side, beds were comfortable, but need newer pillows.
