「We had pool view and of course the pools closed this time of year. We went there strictly to ride motorcycles. Rooms were clean. Lady at the front desk was very nice. You let us check in early so we can unload all our bags that were on the motorcycles. But there is a beautiful river right behind it and they have a nice big fire pit that's covered. If it happens to be a little bit of inclimate weather. We didn't take advantage of that. Like I said we were there strictly for riding.」

「Staff was not very friendly. Maybe because they were on smoke break right outside the main doors when we arrived and we interrupted their smoking. The next staff member was abrupt when I asked for conditioner for my hair. I was informed they didn’t provide that except during their busy season. 「The suites were perfect. They make the check in so smooth and easy and its done before you arrive so you aren't wasting time in the lobby. However if you do need the staff, they were wonderful. I would absolutely stay here again.」

「We love a place with character, charm, and hospitality. Lloyd’s did not disappoint. The property is right on the river and we enjoyed winding down and relaxing on the porch and at the fire pit area. The room was cozy and rustic with the feel of an “old timey” cabin. We were there in February and the water took a very long time to get hot but it did eventually get to bathing temperature. 「We requested 1 room for 2 days not 2 rooms for 1 day. Charged us for both rooms and would not give us our money back. Did not give us a key for both rooms or even tell us a room number for the second room but they confirmed we had both rooms on receipt. I would never recommend this place to anyone. 」

「This motel is in a great location for walking around Bryson City. The staff that we interacted with were kind and helpful. Our room was good with enough space to move around and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was relatively updated but kind of small and I can't imagine a larger person being able to get into the shower. And there was no way to just have the light on without the noisy fan. All in all though it was a good affordable place to stay while we explored the area.」
