「The breakfast was great」

「great stay」

「The property is convenient to make roads and restaurants. The staff members we friendly and welcoming. The room was well-stocked with towels. A courier from a delivery service was in and outside of the kitchen during breakfast, which seemed irregular, and I would have appreciated a rule requiring adult guests to wear footwear in public areas.」

「Room was super clean, comfortable and exactly as pictured. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location to all downtown Florence activities and restaurants.」

「The place is very unique and comfortable. Bar (both main and roof) are welcoming and comfortable with eclectic decor and numerous “private” areas where small groups can sit and chat.」

「Clean room, staff helpful and friendly, Breakfast was good many choices to choose from. Very nicely decorated room.」

「Super Lovely staff especially Adrian on the front desk. So helpful and nice. Great hotel for a stopover. Recommend.」

「Read the reviews before you book a room. It is definitely a low budget hotel. Rooms were very musty, shower floor was dirty, not all of the outlets and fixtures worked. Breakfast was okay but very basic. The elevator apparently has been broken for over a month, so that indicates the level of maintenance care throughout the building. Would not recommend.」

「 Breakfast was not good, no slippers or anything to brush teeth.」

「A lousy truck stopped by the hotel, and it’s a Compressor Refrigeration Trucks! You have no idea how horrible this noise sounds like heavily! It all day long!」
