B&B in East Devon District

"Was a great stay brilliant selection of ales great food but staff could of been doing more rooms spotless beer prices very good"

"Pools good Breakfast excellant Room good size It would have been good to have a more extensive evening menu Room rate expensive"

"Hotel location was very good and the staff were very nice and helpful. The cooked breakfast was excellent. The room was comfortable and clean but the walls are thin so you can hear adjoining TVs and voices. It's worth packing some earplugs if you like an earlyish bed time."

"The room was perfect for us and really enjoyed the breakfast!"

"I wasn't provided with check in instructions, so when I arrived I felt a bit lost. I asked inside Greggs and Subway, they informed me that I had to go to the petrol station to collect my room key, it was smooth from there. Room was clean and tidy. Bathroom needed a little TLC, cracks on the bath, ceiling, marks on the floor. Had free WiFi, TV, and tea / coffee facilities. Bed was comfy and clean. Good value for money. Would stay again as very convenient for short trip"

"Friendly small hotel. Our room was lovely with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was really good too."

"Lovely host and breakfast. Room was perfect for a 2 night stay."

"Great B&B With a kind host"

"Craig was fantastic and made me feel very welcome. He was knowledgeable about the local area and provided good advice when needed. Room was very clean and presented to a very high standard. 100% would recommend staying at TLC."

"What an absolute find this B&B is, Lisa & Dean are really warm, and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble, fantastic breakfasts and evening meals, a lot of little extra touches that make a big difference, like fresh milk for your room and big bath towels ! Really comfortable beds, lovely linen, topped off with a sea view. We’ve stayed in places all over the world, and this one left us smiling and working out when we can go back. Forgot to mention the homemade flapjacks in our room 😁"

"Fantastic home. Lovely people and great surroundings. It was a real pleasure. Many Thanks."

"It was a very old farmhouse, really in a very nice area. The property was very old and nice to stay in."
