"Staff was nice lobby, pool area and all was clean. My issue was the knob on the closet door was broken, and the end table next to the bed was tarnish, the curtains looked unattached from the top and the heater plate that covers the digital panel was broke. Maintenance did fix the knob and switched the table. I put on the form there was two people staying in the room, house cleaning was stingy with the towels. I need 2-3 face towels a day. One to wash up, one for my face and one for sweating. The last day they gave me one big towel. I use one for my pillow and one to dry off. I get it people still the towels but wow thats not me."

"From initial arrival to my early exit, couldn’t be more satisfied! Came in early from one job to the next, was greeted by the property owner and had delightful conversation. Got to my room and everything I could have asked for was in there. For the value of someone traveling for work, this is the best spot in the area. Clean areas, easy parking and superb room. Thank you for taking care of me while I’m there "

"Comfortable beds (if you like the firmer type), pillows good. Breakfast was cleared up by the time I got there, as I was running a little late, was a bit disappointed to see that included the coffee, but that's on me. Staff checked me easy enough, though didn't smile or act very friendly. Probably one of the only hotels, where I didn't wake up aching from the bed! Definitely would stay again. "

"The breakfast was ok, one day the eggs were hard. The hot waffles were excellent. The hot tub was just right but the pool could have been a little hotter. The sauna room was out of service. The staff was very friendly and professional and the rooms were clean and tidy. On my arrival, the smoke detector in my room went off multiple times through the night and the last night of my stay, it did the same thing. "

"Well just like everywhere I go I seem to have an issue with my Support dogs not being exempt from fees like it’s stated here! So most don’t claim exemption in their websites or anywhere else so you can imagine the trouble I’m having as I have 2 support animals and I go from planing on no fees to have very high fees! It also starts off my stay with me being portrayed negatively because I just argued with them that why do they claim exemption then when it comes time to check in it’s different! I’ve found that my Registered And Certified PSM Support Animals don’t get to sleep with me anywhere as I book a suite and everytime I’m told they don’t allow pets in those rooms! Then we get booked into stinky pet rooms at Suite prices because they can change it because I book here! So I’ve learned now that it’s hotels.com that says they are exempt when they are not! This property along with most don’t spend the extra pet fee money on cleaning the pet rooms! Our dogs tell us with their nose how clean room is by how much they sniff around! You compile the problem by not properly cleaning the rooms after each stay because most house trained males won’t try marking a spot that’s been properly cleaned! I also know how hard it is to clean up after animals and it’s not fun! Well then if you can’t properly do it then don’t be Pet friendly like you claim because it isn’t at all friendly after we get here and see the conditions! "

"Hot tub was perfect. Nice sized pool. Staff was very helpful. A good amount of luggage trollys. Breakfast included many choices and was served warm when expected. The eating area was set up with about 10 tables for 2 and a very long (maybe 15') high top table & chairs which was uncomfortable. Although pretty, that part of the space could have been used better. "

"The breakfast was good, but we had a double queen suite and the beds were not queens. The toilet was leaking and wouldn’t flush properly so we had to get plunger from front desk. The hallway had holes in the carpet in a few spots. But it looked like they were fixing up some rooms. It was very quiet though. Just biggest complaint was beds and toilet."
