「Upon arrival the property looked very well maintained. Entering the building everything was clean and looked very new. Professionally checked in, and asked if we needed anything. Room was surprisingly large, and bed was better than we expected. Bathroom was well stocked, and loved the way the shower curtain was artfully placed. 「Upside: bed/pillows comfortable; seemed clean on the bed side of room; quiet. Downside: bathroom with moldy grout, stained tub; rack above hanging bar broken and not in place; bit of a musty smell.」

「We stay at Quality Inn at Eldridge, IA every spring. The hotel is always clean, staff is friendly, everything you need as far as groceries, fuel, places to eat are close by. The hotel is always quiet and the breakfast is good also. Highly recommended staying at this hotel!」

「The check in lady was absolutely rude. I had already booked and paid online else I would have went to a different hotel. Bathrooms didn't have a switch for the fan. No microwaves. It was an overnight trip so didn't get to eat at the restaurants. Floor attendants never came up to us.」

「We’ve stayed at this property about once a year since it opened, initially so thrilled for a hotel here. Unfortunately, the property has gone downhill. Holes in the sheets, loose tiles in bathroom, sticky, dusty furnishings and the AC unit rattled and moaned so loudly we turned it off. Breakfast offerings were good. Sadly we have to cross this off our shortlist.」
