「Staff didn’t give my id back I had to drive back there 」

「Parking was easy, but lots of potholes. Room was clean but outdated」

「I was in the room 10 minutes before I had a roach skitter across the floor and a bed bug in the edge of my bed. I went for a refund, and they gave me grief even after I showed them pictures with my phone. They said they refunded me finally, a week later, nothing. I called them and they said they cannot refund me. Absolutely disgusting place with a bunch of crooks running the place. They lied to my face, now that I'm 5 hours away, they tell me they won't refund me. Stay away.」

「Habitación sucia, no toallas limpias, se le solicitó toallas limpias y nos dijeron de nosotros bajara a buscar llave de lavabo rota pero funcionaba piso, muy sucio, muy pegajoso, no se podía caminar en él porque se pegaban los zapatos lo siento, pero no volvería a utilizar losservicios de ese hotel 」

「Very clean room, quite comfortable king bed, day manager on her own moved us from upstairs room to downstairs after I told her of my wife’s health issues, very thoughtful!!」
