「The property was modern and clean. The art work displayed in the lobby areas were beautiful. Unfortunately staff were not very pleasant. Front desk was not very accommodating in our check in process. We got to the hotel an hour early and kids hung out in the lobby area while the adults grabbed a drink in the bar/restaurant. We were not greeted and were skipped service causing us to wait over 20 minutes to get any kind of service. Did not feel welcome at all. Valet was excellent and the workers...

「Worst checkin process. No instructions on how to go from getting the key in a lockbox to taking the elevator crossing through the parking garage, finding the doors to the building and playing guess which direction the room is. Hallways smelled awful. Took me forever to find my room. The room was very clean but a little stark. Could use some more pictures or something to make it homier. 」

「Place wasn’t set up conveniently as we didn’t have towels until the 2nd day and the parking pass wasn’t returned from previous guest so we had to walk a block away with all of our stuff. The place itself was lovely and I was very pleased with the location and everything.」
