「I arrived and was told my room had been sold, even though there were NO cars in the parking lot. The smell in the office was atrocious and the attendant was struggling to communicate with me, little English apparently. He seemed to be trying to sell me a different room but the looks and atmosphere of the place and his demeanor were so awful I told him I was not interested in a different room. He told me to go on the website and cancel, and when I did, he had marked me as a no show.」

「Very impressed with this hotel. Staff was always very friendly, hotel was so clean and well maintained (maybe recently renovated), and breakfast was delicious. Also a quiet environment for good quality sleep. Would definitely stay again.」

「The staff were incredibly nice. They went above and beyond to connect with me and my kiddo. We were traveling solo and she even gave me tips for staying safe with not sharing my room number out loud at the front desk. Very sweet! The eggs l had were a little iffy smelling but I have chickens at home so maybe I’m just not used to store bought eggs so I stayed away from those but the blueberry waffles were delicious. I would definitely come back. Thanks!」

「There are several rat traps lining the hotel property. The pool was slimy and dirty. There was a long black hair on the toilet lid when we arrived. The hotel smells like cigarettes in many places and there are fragrance dispensers located in the elevator to mask the dirty, cigarette smell. The breakfast and coffee were subpar quality and we chose to eat elsewhere. The emergency plan was not posted in the room and you can see where it was torn down. There are shady activities happening in...

「Good discount hotel. Not a lot of perks, but perfect for our needs-place to stay during ball state orientation. No issues.」

「Clean room. Breakfast was what you would expect for free. There is no body wash or liquid hand soap by sink or in showers… only shampoo and conditioner which was a surprise. They do provide the “disposable” bars of soap」
