「Room was clean although decor was tired and in need of a refresh. We weren't informed at check in that we would be charged to use the spa facilities so unexpected cost of £7.00 each per day. Only 2 small pillows on bed, asked at reception for additional pillows and was handed them from the reception desk to take to room whilst trying to carry luggage. Not ideal.
We didn't book for breakfast or eat in the hotel so I can't comment.」

「Breakfast was good. Rooms are poor quality, very old. Things broken in the rooms and nothing staff can do about it but say sorry. The spa is good but restricted to just one hour and also restricted to just the pool, can’t use the nice spa pool without paying another £70 per person per day so be aware of that. The hotel location is good, walkable to the park and ride and each to get into the centre etc. 」

「Nice and helpful staff
Overall the facilities are ok but the flushing of the toilet wasn't strong enough
Not many options of restaurants around but you can try using deliveroo to get what you wanna eat 」
