「Great service on checkin, very informative and friendly. Nice cozy overall. Bed was comfy and property was well kept overall. Carpeting in room could definitely use replacing. Definitely recommend. Great location but parking was slightly challenging. 」

「I just stayed two nights at BI&S for the first time and found it very nice for many reasons: It's easy access from Hwy 53, I checked in around 9pm and process was quick and pleasant, clean room and bed, quiet, convenient and well lit - safe parking, located next to a Kwik Trip and the Casa Margarita #3 restaurant. I plan to return to BI&S in the future.」

「Very quiet and clean. Location is great. Stores and restaurants are close by. Cable t.v. and microwave and fridge in each room. Great room at a great price. Donuts, granola bars, bananas and coffe or tea, for breakfast.」
