I think they might be remodeling but there's alot of work to do. Its ok for the price and we can never be too picky when travel with our dog. Staff was friendly.

There was never no one around for service, you had to pick up the phone and wait for them to answer. The breakfast was to be desired, the coffee was so black even after 8 creamers, my coffee was so black, there was no place to sit, no juices, and I'm not even picky about breakfast, but it was to be desired. They checked us in and the room was even cleaned.

Toilet was broken, and shower didn’t drain. tried moving to another room but it didn’t have ac. Pool was under construction. Bedding was stained. Weird odor throughout whole building. Will never return.

They are remodeling the place. But my room had construction debris and dust everywhere!! Paint all over even on the bed! Air conditioner didn't work. They offered to move me after I told them but they shouldn't have even rented to room out. They had the cleaning person come back in to clean but it didn't get any better.

Rooms were not nice, the fridge had a horrible smell. Conveniently after staying we had fraud on our card 2 transactions in 2 weeks ordering food online. The day we checked out it was first used.

The hotel is under construction and should not even be open. We were told that the rooms see mostly complete but when we got to our rooms they ere filthy. Debris all over the floor and the linens were disgustingly soiled. We did not stay and I would recommend that Expedia take this hotel out of their listings

Cheap for a reason - staff never around - musty smell everywhere- pool drained and ‘under construction’, sheets had stains - towels had brown spots- key card had to be swiped several times to work. Breakfast was fair to middling and wasn’t restocked after a busy time. Avoid unless you are desperate, broke or both.

In a last-minute effort to get a room I booked online. Buyer beware this property is under construction, heavy odor of renovation, residue from materials being hauled in and out. I ended up checking out shortly after I checked in… There was absolutely no way I could stay there! I am highly sensitive and the strong odor of cleaning and renovation had my skin itching and burning! I can’t wait to see what they do with the place, but in the meantime, agree with all the other comments, they should not be open

Unfortunately this was not what we expected. The pool was closed and the breakfast was very limited. Maybe try to update the website to showcase the renovations and better house keeping. It was quiet and the location was good for the event we attended. Im not going to bash them for renovations but try to finish soon. I was also told by the front desk clerk they would give me a refund on part of the room. Which i guess i will see when the bill goes through.

It was close to our destination. BUT, it went down hill from there. We booked a NON-smoking room with a king size bed, we got 2 queens. The room had clearly been smoked in, we couldn't shower because the handle in the tub came off, TV didn't work, no coffee maker and the pool he said was under renovation. I looked and nothing had been done in the pool except to drain it. I reserved the room for 2 nights, we left the first morning. I will NEVER stay there again, and will inform anyone I know that is planning a trip the Chippewa Falls, WI NOT to stay there. We are expecting you to refund the money that we paid for the 2nd night that we didn't stay. I would also like someone to follow up with me regarding to the above complaints. Doesn't anyone from your organization ever inspect these hotels to check if they are what they claim to be? I wouldn't stay there if it were FREE. Property is under renovation by new owner. Staff is in trained. Room was not cleaned while we were away. Had to ask for towels the second day. Shampoo and conditioner pumps were empty. Hair dryer was broken. Staff didn’t know how to mount replacement. Pool was drained, fitness center was closed. Suggest you remove property from Expedia until that complete renovations and train staff. Suggest they get a manager that has been trained in hotel management.

This property did not match the photos online. The front sign appears to be photoshopped as the building does not match the picture. They are doing remodeling throughout the hotel (which is fine), but we were not informed of this. For example, the pool is nonexistent at the moment and that was not disclosed nor reflected in the price. The rooms did not match the images online, there were no lamps in the rooms, the TV didn’t work, there was never staff at the front desk, etc. Overall, do not recommend.
