「The room was comfortable/tastefully decorated. Their website stated that breakfast was provided. In checking in, I was told that they are no longer providing breakfast. The ice machine is not working but if you ask, a bag of ice will be provided. The cleanliness could be improved. I wiped a spill off from the bathroom floor and the tissue was black. 「I travel to this area regularly for work. I have stayed at many of the main brand hotels. NONE of them come close to the quality and cleanliness of this wonderful, "cottage." The rooms look nothing like a motel room, they feel like a cozy cottage in the country. They are immaculate. The staff is kind and accommodating. They were willing to work with my overnight schedule. I booked every stay there after my first night's stay!」
