「The property was attractive, safe, easy to get to. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was very good, as was the coffee. I appreciated the fridge and full length mirror. The only thing missing was a microwave, but one was available in the lobby.」

I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free.
