"And that's a good thing! The fact that they had a laundry bag, an actual closet with hangers, a safe, a fridge, a hairdryer, hair and body products available, AND curtains that close completely and were not just for decoration were incredible. It really felt like a timecapsule of a hotel from the mid-2000s or before were a hotel looked, felt, and operated like your temporary home. And the sheets weren't the polyester nightmare that so many other hotels insist on! I was able to temperature regulate instead of slowly steaming my skin all night. Fantastic staff, fantastic stay, highly, highly recommend!"

"Pluses were location and previous experience. The upgrades are very good with a couple of exceptions. The desktop coffee pot cannot be plugged in. The TV stand/dresser covers 1/2 of the plug. The lower shower head for hand held shower doesn't connect to the water supply by any visible means. If there is a way, there should be directions. Tried to include photo but website wouldn't accept. "
