"It’s a beautiful hotel. I understand since Covid they had been closed till last month so a lot of work is being done to get things running. Some few things may not be working well but generally I loved the place. Their restaurant meal has so many options especially for breakfast. Chefs are all very friendly and ready to get you something of your choice which is not necessarily on the menu for dinning or lunch options. The staff are great from waiters and waitress in the restaurant to all staff...

"The hotel is amazing and so is the vibe . However the receptionist Lola is very rude and has poor customer service. She refused to send someone up to clean the room . We had stayed over 2 nights. The phone in the room doesn't work . The management and service from the receptionist at at the restaurant was horrible. The place is amazing the staff though treat the guests terrible. Love the Spa tho 😇"

"I feel very mixed about this hotel. The staff was quite nice checking us in, the

seemed nice, and the restaurant was fairly nice as well. The halls smelled, our door did not lock (like not even a little bit), and a staff member opened our door two hours before checkout without knocking (and without using a key, just pushing the very unlockable door open). Luckily they had a safe, and no other incidents occured. "
