"I recently stayed at the Durango Lodge and while I appreciated that they are pet-friendly and allowed me to bring my dog, my overall experience was disappointing. The room was not very clean upon arrival, which immediately made the stay uncomfortable. On top of that, the air conditioner did not work properly, leaving the room extremely hot and difficult to relax in. There was also ongoing construction right next door, and the noise was incredibly loud—even with the windows shut and the blinds drawn. It made it nearly impossible to rest or enjoy any downtime. While I value the pet-friendly aspect, the lack of cleanliness, broken air conditioning, and excessive noise made this stay far from enjoyable. I hope improvements are made for future guests."

"Room was great, only thing I seen that could use attention was the non slip sticky pad in bathtub was peeling and curling over. Other than that great room… nice comfy bed!"

"Couldn't find the hot tub. Staff was good. Room wasn't special. Shower was to small and shower head wouldn't move far enough to hit correctly. Meatloaf was good at Belle. Old school charm. I stayed at Rm414. "

"Loved the location and the classiness of the main hotel. Unfortunately, we booked a room in the adjacent "Wing" structure. The room was very nice, but it was a direct outside access room and the temperatures were in the single digits that night so it was extremely cold in the room, even with the heater turned up. I would stay there again, just in the main hotel."
