「Room was clean, basic, but had all that I needed. Bed was very comfortable but room was initially a little cool. Radiator was adjustable and it soon warmed up. Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant menu was varied, food well prepared and nicely presented. Typically pub food. Breakfast freshly cooked to order with good choice of cereals available. Bar well supplied and good, friendly service.」

「A Few Things That Could Be IMPROVED I would like to warn future guests who are planning to use the swimming pool and spa facilities about something that we found very inconvenient during our stay. There is no direct indoor access connecting the accommodation (the apartments) to the swimming pool and spa area. Bathrobes are not provided either. This meant that every time we wanted to use the pool or spa, we had to get dressed, walk there in our clothes, change, and then carry dry clothes with...

「Lovely and very clean place. We were taken care by owner very well. Lovely lady ❤️」

「Thank you」

「It is a big apartment. Everything is there. Specially the kitchen with an oven. Perfect bed. Only the neighbourhood is a bit poor. But a small supermarket just round the corner. Breakfast included is basic.」

「Suited my needs perfectly!! The room was small but adequate for me as a single traveller for an overnight stay. The hosts are helpful and accommodating. There is a fridge and a microwave in the room which proved useful and the bed was comfortable. The shared bathroom was pristine with a walk in shower. There is a kitchen and basic breakfast items are provided. There was tea bags, sugar and milk in the room with a kettle. As this is a house that you share with other guests I was mindful of the...

「Staff was easily approachable and good communication」

「To be honest, I was expecting a little bit more when it said condo. My room is a converted outbuilding about the size of a garage although all the other rooms seem to be in the main building and look a lot larger. The good points close to the city close to the train station is access to shops there is Parking around the corner for £10 for 24 hours and it was quite quiet where I was. The bad not terribly clean dead flies all on the windowsill. The dish cloth had Brown stains all over it the half...

「My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The environment around the hotel did not feel pleasant, with many homeless people around the area. I understand that homelessness is a serious issue, but as a paying hotel guest, I expected the surroundings and overall atmosphere of the hotel to feel more welcoming and secure. The service was also very poor. The following morning, my wife and I went for breakfast and there was nobody available to assist us for more than five minutes....

「We stayed for a wedding just outside of the village and it was just perfect. The lady on reception last Saturday (17thOct) in the afternoon /evening was great, so informative and took our photo no problem. Nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back. The radio in the room was also a nice touch instead of a tv. Thank you.」

「Check in was easy and the staff were very considerate and helpful to inform you of the hotel and where your room was. The rooms are modern and clean which is great. Some small complaints though. The rooms can be very cold and my radiator didn't seem to work. Additionally, this wasnt helped by the fact the shower only seemed to get warm not hot. During my stay there was also no mention by staff of there being a function being on the first floor (the rooms back onto the function room on this...

「Staff are always welcoming and exceptional clean rooms - Excellent hotel stay」
