「I checked in very late, but front desk staff was so heplful and patient. The all-inclusive food was very good (breakfast,dinner). The grab and go cafe was so convenient and thoughtful- which I was able to bring to the beach and enjoy. 「Overall the resort is an excellent value. The location is perfect and we loved the three pools especially the one by the ocean. The property is not fancy but everything is in good working order, clean, and maintained well. The only caution I have about the property is while they call it a resort, somethings like cleaning are not full service. They only clean on set days per week and on our five days that meant the day after we arrived was our only opportunity to get our room cleaned. Other days...

Everything was deep fried from breakfast to dinners and everything in-between. Most of the staff in the dining room were too busy socializing with each other than to pay any attention to the guests walking in and some staff seemed bothered when you requested something of them. A better job should be done training staff to be more customer centric.」
