「Room was clean and very nice. Staff was pleasant and helpful. A little disappointed in the casino slots because so many of the machines our card kept reading error. We would have played so much more, but couldn’t get a number of the machines to work. 」

「They say all pets welcome on Expedia but when I got there they said they don't allow cats. The manager did make an exception since I was staying only one night, but for others just know that Expedia got that part wrong. 」

「If I could, I would give this hotel zero stars. The check-in process took forever. Breakfast was practically nonexistent — people stood in a long line for omelets, and there wasn’t even enough for everyone. With only one waiter on the floor, getting coffee or a refill was nearly impossible.
If a hotel advertises breakfast included, it’s reasonable to expect a decent meal.
To make matters worse, a month later the hotel called demanding an extra $22 “hotel charge,” even though everything had...
