「My experience at this place was terrible. I booked the hotel that very day—just before 6:00 PM—and arrived at 11:00 PM to check in, only to find that they couldn't locate my reservation. I had to call Expedia support to help me resolve the issue; I spent two hours on the phone—until 1:00 AM—before I was finally able to check in.
