The hotel room was nothing like it was showed on Expedia. It was an old outdated room from the early 1900s . The mattress would sink as soon as some sat. Completely false advertised. Will not be going here. The house keeping never showed up. Had to get the front desk involved

The bed was terrible - lumpy mattress - linens were thin - toilet seat was loose - toilet made a high-pitched noise when flushed. They did provide a shower chair for us. The room was scantily furnished with only 2 very old chairs.

Hotel shuttle from airport was very slow in arriving. Service from Front Desk was very poor. Television was not functioning in the room upon arrival the first evening and staff was unavailable to correct the situation until the following day. Scheduled return shuttle to airport for 5:30am but was informed by the driver that it was not on her schedule. Requested wake up call for 5am that was never received; good thing I set my phone alarm or would have missed my flight.

When we first got to the hotel, it was a little creepy. Hallways in dire need of new carpet. But the lobby and the garden lounge was ADORABLE! I can tell that they are really working to restore this older classic hotel back to its glory. I would love to come back in couple of years to see how much more it improves. Bathroom shower needs a place to put soap and shampoo. And it could use a shower fan. Continental breakfast would be great especially breakfast in the beautiful garden lounge!

our problem is we stayed at this property a few years ago and it was fabulous. Now it looks tired. It needs maintenance. None of the water features were working. The courtyard has been stripped down. The absence of the free breakfast was disappointing and the food that we paid for was subpar best.

It's a real shame because a little elbow grease and some paint would go a long way. The back stairwell had wallpaper peeling from water damage to the ceiling, not so big of an issue, thing is, we stayed 4 nights and the paper that had fallen off of the wall an onto the floor remained there all 4 nights. The carpets in the fouer aren't even adhered to the floor anymore, buckling carpet is a trip hazzard and the stainless steel on the inside elevator panel was filthy. Didn't even want to press the floor button. I dont think this place has saw an upgrade since it opened. In our room there was an area where there once was a hot tub i assume? You could still see where it was against the wall but hadn't been painted or anything. Shame i used to actually think this place was bougie.

The property is old, musty smelling furniture in the room did not appear clean carpeting in the rooms smelled musty and appeared very old. The property advertise a bar, but it is approximately a half a mile away at their sister. Property was only given one face for two people had to request Additional towels and washcloth. The room was stacked with only one roll of toilet paper for two people for 4 days stay.

Decent value for the area. Room was clean, they're accommodating of pets, customer service was kind and friendly. Personally hated the bed. Uber soft mattress and I'm a firm mattress person. Other than that no complaints.
