「Our stay was amazing. Frank gave us a lovely walk-through of the property and shared some tips for the area. We highly recommend this guest inn, especially the Zen Suite with its dedicated patio.」

「The hotel was very well priced. It was older but clean. The pool was very nice and clean and the staff were really friendly. I did see a cockroach our last morning which disgusted me but I was told they’re common in Florida.」

「My husband son and I had an amazing stay. The lochness pool is so nicely maintained with bar service and a grill. Theirs always something to do whether golfing, eating or just wanting to relax. The room itself was very tidy with plenty of storage space and amenities. They had Panama Jack bathroom products which smelled lovely. Will definitely be returning. 」

「The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?」

「Overall, my experience at the hotel was great. However, I did have an ongoing issue with one particular staff member who operated the transportation cart. I used the cart service multiple times during my stay, and unfortunately, one of the mid-day shift workers was consistently rude and unhelpful. On several occasions, he made me wait around 20 minutes, and at one point refused to take me back to the hotel, telling me to just walk instead. This was especially disappointing given that I had...

「酒店的设施陈旧，卫生条件也一般，入住遇到了缺少电视遥控器，床头柜背后有其他房客留下的剃须刀；浴室沐浴水流非常，整个酒店还有莫名装修噪音。周边几乎没有任何餐饮，离市区有相当距离。虽然员工非常不错总是尽力希望解决问题。」
