"Staff were great, bed was great, but building shows signs of wear. The suite built-in cabinet had water damage and dents, wallpaper was peeling at one spot, tub looked rough. I think the building must have been purchased and refurbished. Most of the Fairfields were built by Marriott and are spotless. I’ll stay at Hampton next time I’m in New Stanton."

"The sofa bed had crumbs and urine stains. the housekeeper did come up and vacuum it- providing a mattress cover and the bedding for it. He was very helpful."
