「Clean and comfortable」

「Day staff not welcoming or friendly, found a live roach in the room, The room wasn’t cleaned or towels replaced the whole time we were there , had to go down to the front desk for clean towels. Bare basic type of hotel. Not worth what we paid.」

「Our room face the alley and the old Ramada Inn Nothing was really opened on the first floor no wine tasting no wine no people down there that part was the disappointing part The room the bed was very nice. The pillow was very nice. I had a problem with their key and the gentleman came right away to help us. And the people that clean there were very, very nice I would try another home in that area to B&B」

「Could use some updating/maintenance. Some things broken or close to broken in our room. The front desk has a sign that says you must report room problems within 20 minutes of check in. Makes me think there has been other complaints. Beautiful building inside. Plain outside. Check in staff was super friendly. The sign said they wouldn’t change our towels or sheets for a short stay but they didn’t come in the room at all to check on things or empty garbages or anything. Breakfast was good....
