「The unit was very quiet for sleeping, the bed firm and comfortable. my wife and I were very satisfied with the overnight experience. The only downside was it appeared someone had cooked fresh fish in the unit and the smell, immediately apparent as soon as the door was opened, lingered through our whole stay. Tried opening the window and running the stove hood to no avail. No fault of the owners.」

「Expedia description of house is misleading. We expected the entire house, as per description but when we arrived there was already someone in the house and were informed we only booked the basement. How does the entire house become just a smelly basement apartment. And the upstairs renters had the master code to the basement and let us in as our pass code didn't work. We felt unsafe. 「Never made it to the stay. Booked/paid in advance via Expedia. According to the checkin directions the property is supposed to send instructions via email 24 hours in advance, that never happened after repeated requests. We contacted Expedia they attempted to get a hold of the proper owner and couldn’t.
