"The staff in the decorum of the hotel was very nice. The only thing I didn’t like the breakfast timing but breakfast was good so secondly, the front staff is very friendly if you need anything, they are always there and the parking lot is very neat and clean."

"If you’re heading to Guelph, do yourself a favour and book the Comfort Inn Guelph—it’s that simple. I stayed for two days and it exceeded expectations at every turn. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out, with everything exactly where you need it. The bed? Genuinely restful. The kind of sleep that makes you forget you’re in a hotel. What really stood out, though, was the service. Friendly without being overbearing, attentive without being intrusive—just consistently professional and welcoming. It felt like they actually cared that your stay was a good one. Add in the value, and it becomes an easy decision. When you can get this level of comfort, cleanliness, and service at such a reasonable price, it honestly makes you question why anyone would pay double elsewhere. "The hotel was comfortable and the beds were great. However when we booked the room was advertised as “renovated” and I found the shower a little dirty and stained. Also we were there for a dance competition and were excited about the back-lit mirror for makeup application but our light was not working. Our floor was stinky because people were smoking in their room."
