「The images on the booking did not match the room that I rented, not good to show a room that isnt what you are getting, sort of a bait and switch.」

「Our apartment was nicely updated and clean except for the duvet cover that wasn't cleaned before our stay. You could tell because there was a blood stain on it. The mattress needs to be changed as it was very uncomfortable. There was supposed to be a sofa bed but was more of a day bed with a child size pull out bed under the couch so was falsely advertised. Very close to blue mountain so that was nice. 」

The temperature was set at 19C and it was not accessible to change (no remote or thermostat that was indicated in the notes provided prior to check in). 「We arrived to the hotel after a 14 hour work day and could not get in. This is a terrible way to run a hotel, there’s no one to call or any way to gain access to the rooms after a certain which is NOT MENTIONED WHEN YOU BOOK.」

「Checkin was very smooth and had easy to follow instructions. The unit was clean and perfect for what I needed. The entrance was right at the bottom of one of the ski hills which in the winter would be very convenient. The bed was super comfortable, but it was high off the ground. I’m 5’8” and still had to do a little hop to get onto the bed. So it wouldn’t be great for those with mobility issues. Be prepared to bring your a step if it is a problem.」
