「The unit is nice for a family. It’s comfortable. The location is fine. A couple of comments to improve the service: The kitchen utensils and other stuff we not clean. Particularly forks and knives had to be washed before we used them. The drawers have crumbs or something else. Also, we had questions about the facilities but we could not reach the administrators the day before or the day of our arrival The phones are not answered and the AI help does not work. 」

「It was very convenient however to truly make it enough space for 5 people the pull out couch needs a major up grade. The tub didn’t feel clean. 」

「Room are clean . The kitchen has almost all the necessary items. Time We were there just start fall color, It's a quiet and relaxing area.」

「Check in was not good for a same day rental. Check in was supposed to be any time after 4:00 PM. I did not receive a "how to check in" message by 6:30 PM when I arrived. It was dark already. The auto-attendant at the reservation confirmation "Help" phone number said that it was after hours and the office was unmanned... but I could send a text.
