"No towels in room when we arrived no pillow cases on pillows the pillows were stained. No hot water in the morning no cream and sugar for the coffee. Dust everywhere in the room. Pool non operational. Place was dirty gutters falling off building trash outside rooms blowing everywhere. Really sad to see how downhill it went from when we stayed in this location 17 years ago. It was nice back then not anymore."

"I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. The room was extremely disappointing. There were spider webs all over the ceiling, making it obvious that the room hadn’t been properly cleaned in quite some time. The baseboards throughout the entire room were covered in dirt and dust, which only added to the feeling that cleanliness was not a priority. To make matters worse, there was no hot water, so taking a shower was not an option. The bed sheets...

"Was the bad experience I had and we stayed two hours we left in the middle of the night lotta bugs and the smell of the room lotta mold shame we spend that money there. I believe we have to. They have to give us our money back."
