We booked online and when we arrived, they didn’t have our reservation. No worries, though we were checked in and had a room. The room was nice, however, the AC unit must have had issues. Family trip and we loved our suite in every possible way. The place looked amazing, easy to check in, great view from the balcony. They have everything you need (towels, kitchen utensils, fireplace, etc) I really recommend this place. Will definitely visit again.

We only stayed night and had dinner in Helenwood after a nice day in Rugby which we enjoyed. It was raining hard when we left the next morning and we did not visit the park which I am sure is lovely in better weather
