「This is a beautiful house right in Ironbridge! We would very happily go back, the house is beautifully decorated, very well equipped, the owners thought of everything. My daughter loved the games and chess board. With the cottage being right by the bridge, the view is lovely! Super comfortable bed, 5 stars!! The pedestrian street is so pretty, you must go up the hill and do the round loop, beautiful and peaceful.」

「Dead bugs in every room, live spiders with piles of cobwebs webs. Host didn't care about the poor level of effort towards providing a clean property to enter and when confronted, was arrogant, condescending and hostile. Your property was unclean, you and your staff failed, not our fault. Clearly hadnt been thoroughly cleaned in weeks maybe longer, only a quick hoover of the main pathway before our arrival.」

「Everything was spotless! Jayne left great instructions and information. Tea, coffee and biscuits were a lovely touch, as well as the hot tub! Will definitely be back with family.」
