「The apartment is best located. It is spacious and clean. Its bed is cosy. Full equipped kitchen. Its staff is friendly. Everything is nice. But some of its hardware failed. The room temperature is controlled by a terribly designed electronic button which does not work easily. With great efforts and over 10 minutes, I slowly moved the cursor from 18.5 degree to 19.8 degree, since each time - if I succeeded in moving the screen’s little man into his box and ordered to move up room...

「Lovely clean modern apartment. Just what we needed for 1 night stay, 2 Adults and 3 Children, all slept comfortably. 2 double beds in one room and a pull out double bed in the lounge area. Only issue if you like to sleep in darkness, the bedroom goes dark well at night with the 2 double beds but the lounge area has a glass ceiling with no pull down blinds/curtains so in the summer, could be a issue. 「This property deceived me like a fraud! I'm a international traveller and I only have credit card. Just 5 minutes later after I booked the apartment with a 100USD payment, the property asked me to transfer the deposit via bank account with a debit card, or they won't send me the instruction to enter the property. I tried to talk this over, but got denied. The funny thing was no such information on only accept debit card for deposit showed on their home page, while they even posted they accept...

「I Booked this and it was a last minute booking I did not realise the deposit after my money was taken for the night booking I offered to pay and it was declined causing myself and my son who were already on way from Scotland to have no accommodation asked for help was clearly told no and no to paying as late now. I then had top pay another property at a much higher rate. 」
