It was very comfortable , clean and roomy. The beds were comfortable, there was ample closet space and storage, and the views from all 3 terraces were spectacular. We were close to many attractions and locations and there is a convenient food strip about 2 blocks away. Staff was friendly.

It is not our first stay at Two Seasons nor will it be the last...the hotel is incredibly convinient and special thanks to Mr Marco at the front desk who showed us what true hospitality means.

It is a very nice and well-maintained hotel. The rooms are very nicely furnished. All the staff are very friendly and very dedicated - we always felt very comfortable. The breakfast was very varied and tasted very good. I can highly recommend the hotel.

I cannot speak highly enough of the Two Seasons. Not only does it offer exceptional value, the staff are great too (especially Merouane, who handled my check-out so politely...!) It was such a nice visit, that I shall definitely be returning to the Two Seasons...!

Good place to stay

The hotel is very conveniently located. Dubai İnternet City Metro station is just nearby. No need for taxis unless you go outside of Dubai. The only problem I observed is the foul cigarette smell in the room.. although the room is a non smoking 🚭 room, obviously some people had smoked and the bad odour stayed inside. Called the reception to report the problem, they said they would take care of it and send room service. However, nobody came to check.

Worst service ever they don't care about the customers, waiting for elevators are 5-10 min everytime, wet bed sheets smelly pillows, dirty bathroom/toilets, smelly aircondition, smelly housekeeping, everything was old and sad, blood/food on the curtains, only hot water everywhere in the room we had to shower in hot water everyday for 15 days!

Consider this propif your traveling on a budget, checking in and out is nightmare. It took me an hour almost to get my room keys and another hour just to drop off the keys. The only good thing was the next door market and the Starbucks located in the lobby.

Location top, room with sea view got indeed a wonderful view. Housekeeping disappointed big time during this stay. They are friendly but don’t do much in the room. I’m not sure if it’s due to being short staffed or if they simply don’t care. They do change the towels daily and make the beds, but that’s about it. Cups, glasses and cutlery doesn’t get cleaned properly. The bathroom was probably cleaned once during 10 days. Definitely not how it should be done in a 4* hotel. This used to be a wonderful place to stay, now it gets more and more disappointing every time I come back. What makes it worse, that I did give feedback during my stay, but things just aren’t getting better. I suppose management doesn’t really care. Judged by the staffes reactions I would say they get negative feedback on a regular basis.
