This hotel is incredible! You feel welcomed the moment you step foot on the property. From the impeccable service to the stunning details, this hotel is worth a visit (over and over again!). I WILL be back! Additionally, they upgraded us upon arrival, which means a lot! More hotels need to do this for guest experience. I cannot recommend this gorgeous place more. It was an amazing experience. We have used all the restaurants, caffès of the hotel. Great hospitality, professionalism. Definitely will visit again on our next trip to Dubai. Also located in a great place. 10 mins away from Dubai Mall less than 30 mins to the airport. Right on the canal so if you like walking thats a great spot. That was truly great thanks to the staff and Dorchester Group ….

Unlike what is mentioned in the description there is no self parking,the Rooms are not that clean and they do not clean them as they should, nor do they replace used glasses, and no hangers in the room.
