「The Ettington Park hotel is an extraordinary English Family Castle with a great & long history.
Our stay in this hotel was extremely comfortable and relaxed. Despite belated arrival at night, we were all welcomed by their staff with thoughfully arranged dinner & wine & porter services of many bulk luggage.

「Our experience at the hotel was just fine. I would not call it an “experience.” We booked it be sure our friend dreamed of staying here for his birthday. The spa was nice, and the bathroom in the room was nice. The food was terrible. And besides staff being nice, the service was terrible.」

「The Malvern is a hotel run around a health club and spa. The best feature is its restaurant which is modern and serves good food. The spa itself has a nice and warm indoor / outdoor pool but the facilities are dated and tired. The rooms are very tired, think 1970’s travelodge, and in desperate need of an upgrade. Staff pleasant.」

「The room was somewhat clean but it really needs a modernisation.
As soon as you entered the room, you’d get this old carpet smell that was unbearable.
The bathroom was old and bath had many signs of black mould on the silicone and grouts. The sink tap leaked water.
Breakfast was mediocre. We asked for a 4£ “specialty” flat white which we could tell right away was straight from a cheap coffee machine.
Amenities were ok, the pool area is very tired as well.
Receptionist couldn’t be bothered to...
