"The gym was 3 pieces of equipment. The rooms were clean and tidy but outdated. The staff was great. My hairdryer was broken and I had a new one in under 10 minutes. They strive to fix any issues you may have. "

"Front desk was nice and friendly. Room condition was disgusting. Greasy fingerprints all over mirror. Carpet very dirty and stained. Countertops you could see visibly grime and bathroom floors you could see the dirt all over and in grout. Did not look to be touched in awhile other than new trash bags. "

"Before I reserved I call them whether the hot tub is working the front desk said yes, however, the manager said it has been broken for 5 months when I checked in. I tried to cancel it with hotel.com. But it was very hard and I stayed in with a big disappointment. The room smells so bad, so I asked to change."

"The lobby and our room was very clean and the front deso staff was super friendly and always greeted us nicely when entering and exiting. But there were sketchy looking people in the parking lot almost always, didnt pick up their garbage or anything and we left yesterday for a few hours and had a do not disturb sign outside our door but someone had been in our room. Lots of our stuf had been moved around and it definitely wasnt the cleaning staff, everything seemed to be accounted for but someone had been in there for sure. "

"Breakfast was great. Nice variety of items. The lady taking care of the breakfast area kept the area clean and all the food items stocked. I think her name was Denise. The room smelled musty and a spritz of Lysol spray might help. "

"There is only one bench at front door to property. Smokers usually monopolize the bench. My husband and I are both handicapped and had nowhere to sit while waiting for family to pick us up. "
