We got to the room and there were roaches, the wash cloths and towels were badly stained, we found 6 bedbugs and turned right around to ask for our money back..Manager refused to come to the property and said they can't refund my money. I will not be using Expedia again. That was 2 hotels in 2 days that I could not get my money back for. And their conditions were deplorable."
