"Everything was new or recently renovated. For me it had excellent room furniture display to make the space quite confortable and with a lot of space to have everything organized and tidy. The only things I think they can improve are that they didn't have bathroom mat, the tea pot was not previously cleaned and the heat in the room was TOO high and there was no way to cool it even with the heater turn off."

On the plus side: overall quite clean, excellent en suite bathroom, good linens, nice location in old town (but note that it is very hilly there and the Inn requires a lot of walking). "Very new looking property inside and out. Great value for the price, includes a free breakfast. Don't expect eggs or anything but a nice continental, or sandwich style. Good location, easy to walk around to most everything. Fortress about 20 minutes. Would 100% stay here again."

"Sevastokrator staff is outstanding. From the reception to restaurant staff, everyone worked hard to ensure we have a memorable stay. The area is pretty quiet with a breathtaking view over Veliko Tarnovo. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to recharge or simply spend time with family. Little kids would certainly enjoy the hotel playground and the park nearby."
