The hotel is very well located, has amazing views and is very nice. The reception girls are not nice at all... they get kind of angry if you don't speak its language.

Our room was in the second building of the hotel. We were a bit far from the restaurant and you pass through a rather cold corridor. Everything else was excellent!

Jederzeit wieder, sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir hatten ein einfaches Zimmer gebucht. Trotzdem sehr angenehm, sogar mit zwei Stühlen und Tisch. Das Essen im Hotel ist reichhaltig und sehr schmackhaft. Tolle Terrassen mit herrlichem Blick in die Berge und auf die Stadt. Das Personal ist ausnahmslos freundlich und kompetent. Wir empfehlen das Hotel sehr.

Wonderful experience

Hotel is situated in calm area, service is outstanding and everyone at hotel is available to help & make stay unforgettable. View is breathtaking, huge restaurent terrace and great swimming pool. the bathroom is clean and quality, beds were really confortable. room is large and confortable. We truly enjoyed our stay

Lovely hotel with stunning views

Fantastic views from deluxe room and dining room. Arbanasi is a nice village located close to Veliko Tarnovo. We found good restaurants to eat in as the hotels menu was a bit uninteresting. The rooms and bathrooms were very nice only criticism was that they need mosquito nets on the door so it can be left open at night rather than using air conditioning. Swimming pool was great after a hot day's sight seeing.

Beautiful view

This hotel is ideal for those who wish to be in Abarnasi or close, but not in, Veliko Tarnovo (it's a 10 min drive away). It has a small spa and a nice sized pool with a beautiful view of the city. However, our double bed was the size of an American single bed, and we had to ask for more toilet paper when it wasn't refilled during cleaning. In addition, when we asked the desk for a local map, recommendations of places to see, or directions, they rolled their eyes, acted like they were doing us a favor, and provided limited information. Overall, if you have a car, can figure out your way around, and already know what you want to do, the pros outweigh the cons of this property.

Breakfast orgonisation needs a bit of attention.

Hotel very clean. Staff O/K. Breakfast if not their by 9 am had very little selection. Short of food cutlery. On one occasion had to use paper cups for hot drinks.
