「When I checked in I did not realize I selected an accessible room. So I was put over the front lobby first room. Room 201. In this room you could hear the people sitting outside, the music outside and I was really trying to relax and rest. I asked to have my room moved and was accommodated. The Great Room where there is free coffee and tea for guests could have been a little more tidy (trash was overflowing) but overall we had a wonderful experience and would stay there again.」
