"Great customer service! All staff we interacted with were friendly and professional. Room was clean and well equipped- full kitchen with utensils, regular size fridge. Bed was comfortable. There was a larger than average bathroom with standing shower -very nice. Parking was paid ($18/day), but very convenient. Hotel breakfast had variety and was very good in comparison to other competing hotels in area. Went to concert at Red Hat Ampitheater- literally a short walk to venue. Great location for visiting downtown Raleigh. Rooftop bar was a great added benefit. Highly recommend. Only downside was lack of safe in room."
