「The accommodation is located in a charming historic building in a great vibrant village-like town. The interior space has a mid mod vibe, and is spacious, and easy to use. Had a nice dinner, as recommended, a nice walk to the waterfront and a nice ice cream. Pretty perfect! 」

「The stay here was such a treat. The details that made it feel luxurious were very well appointed. In an area that has had a boom of modern hotels and restaurants The Danforth reminds me of the class and history Portsmouth is built on. Have already recommended the Danforth to friends. 」

「What a great down home hotel! Comfortable, lovely, quiet, and huge! A large and beautiful veranda, heated pool and hot tub. Large pretty room with ocean view, complimentary ice cream, breakfast, and warm fresh baked cookies. Trolley stop in front of the hotel, and easy access to down town and the marginal way. It’s got it all!」
